Tomatoes with Rosemary and Sage
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp sage, chopped fine
- 2 tsp rosemary, chopped fine
- garlic powder, to taste
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Lay tomato slices out on a plate or a cooking sheet.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Eat fresh or cook in a 375 degree oven for 5-10 minutes (or until warmed through).
