Tomatoes with Rosemary and Sage


  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sage, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp rosemary, chopped fine
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • salt & pepper, to taste


  1. Lay tomato slices out on a plate or a cooking sheet.
  2. Top with remaining ingredients.
  3. Eat fresh or cook in a 375 degree oven for 5-10 minutes (or until warmed through).
