What to expect

Your journey begins when you log in to a private, secured telemedicine portal for your one-on-one consultation with a Licensed Medical Provider. They will discuss your health history, weight loss goals, and lifestyle so they can prescribe the best program individualized to you. We require all new patients to complete lab work to ensure they can proceed safely. Most patients can start a program right away. Your medication and the Red Mountain Starter Kit will be delivered right to your door! You will feel an overwhelming sense of relief as you begin your program, knowing you have a partner alongside you every step of the way.

How long will my virtual weight loss appointment be?

The initial consultation lasts approximately 90 minutes. Make sure you have access to the internet during this time.

How much do online weight loss programs cost?

Your first telemedicine appointment will cost $55, which covers your initial patient consultation. You are then free to decide whether to participate in one of our weight loss programs, which range from $199 to $599. We also offer several financing options to help you cover the program’s cost.

Does Red Mountain offer GLP-1 medications for weight loss?

We offer two GLP-1 weight loss medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) to help you lose weight and keep it off. They both are once-weekly shots mimicking a natural hormone in your body that helps you feel full longer, so you are satisfied with less food. Tirzepatide works similarly to the other drugs in the GLP-1 family but contains a second hormone that can lead to more significant weight loss results.

Are there any benefits to telemedicine appointments rather than in-person appointments?

Your telemedicine consultation will be like a regular in-person visit, except you can meet with your Licensed Medical Provider from home or wherever you feel most comfortable. There is no need to drive to a physical location. You can access all the benefits of our weight loss programs without the commute!

What virtual weight loss programs are available?

We offer two full-service weight loss programs at our Miami location to help you reach your weight loss goals:

GLP Elite™: This is our most popular program. It combines GLP-1 medications (semaglutide or tirzepatide) with a flexible diet plan to fit your lifestyle and ongoing support from our Clinical Team to help you lose weight and reclaim your confidence, energy, and take control of your health.
RM3®: This is our fastest program to help you lose up to 20+ lbs. per month AND sustain it for life. It includes a customized diet plan, our patented RM3® medication, and everything you need to sustain your results long-term.

While most people prefer a diet plan and ongoing support from our Clinical Team, some simply want the semaglutide or tirzepatide medication. For those patients, we have DirectMed™. What is semaglutide and how does it work?

Semaglutide is a type of weight loss medication shown to help patients achieve and sustain their healthy weight. It is a synthetic glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) that mimics a protein made in the intestine that stabilizes blood sugar and insulin levels.
