Your journey begins when you log in to a private, secured telemedicine portal for your one-on-one consultation with a Licensed Medical Provider. They will discuss your health history, weight loss goals, and lifestyle so they can prescribe the best program individualized to you. We require all new patients to complete lab work to ensure they can proceed safely. Most patients can start a program right away. Your medication and the Red Mountain Starter Kit will be delivered right to your door! The initial consultation lasts approximately 90 minutes. Make sure you have access to the internet during this time.
Your first telemedicine appointment will cost $55, which covers your initial patient consultation. You are then free to decide whether to participate in one of our weight loss programs, which range from $199 to $599. We also offer several financing options to help you cover the program’s cost.
We don’t prescribe Ozempic or Mounjaro. However, we have three weight loss medications (exclusive to Red Mountain) with a custom blend of ingredients to aid your transformation back to health and well-being.
For those who simply want semaglutide or tirzepatide without the ongoing support from our Clinical Team or a diet plan, we have DirectMed™. This is our new lower-cost, auto-ship program to ensure you never run out of your medication for convenient, hassle-free weight loss delivered right to your door.
Your telemedicine consultation will be like a regular in-person visit, except you can meet with your Licensed Medical Provider from home or wherever you feel most comfortable. There is no need to drive to a physical location. You can access all the benefits of our weight loss programs without the commute!

While most people achieve their goals using one of our two signature programs, some may prefer an a-la-carte option that does not include the RM3 or Revolex medication. For those patients, we have our Lifestyle® program. Our Clinical Team typically recommends specific medications and supplements to support an individualized macronutrient diet plan that helps patients lose up to 5-10 lbs per month.
Semaglutide (the active, FDA-approved ingredient in Ozempic) is a type of weight loss medication shown to help patients achieve and sustain their healthy weight. It is a synthetic glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) that mimics a protein made in the intestine that stabilizes blood sugar and insulin levels. Semaglutide also delays “gastric emptying,” making you feel full faster and longer.
