How the program works
Step 1: Weight Loss Window
Our Licensed Medical Providers will evaluate your health history, weight loss goals, and lifestyle before prescribing an individualized macronutrient diet plan for you. For an additional acceleration of weight loss, some patients may add prescription appetite suppressants, weekly Fat Burner Boosters, and medical-grade vitamins and supplements.
Step 2: Lifetime Maintenance
Once you have achieved your weight loss goals, a member of our Clinical Team will prescribe a new diet plan individualized to your new weight. You will receive all the tools you need to successfully maintain a healthy lifestyle for a lifetime.

What to expect when you get started
The moment you walk through the door, our medical team will guide you toward maintaining a healthier way of life. Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with a Licensed Medical Provider who will discuss your health history, weight loss goals, and lifestyle so they can prescribe the best program individualized to you. We require all new patients to complete lab work to ensure they can proceed safely. Most patients are able to start a program right away. All you need to know is we will be there for you, providing the support and encouragement you need whether your weight loss goal is 10 pounds or 50 pounds.

Can I drink alcohol while on the Lifestyle program?
You can drink alcohol on the Lifestyle program. We recommend limiting your consumption to no more than three drinks per week.
How long do I need to be on the Lifestyle program?
It all depends on your needs and how much weight you want to lose. You may only need to stay on the program for a month or two if you only want to lose 10 pounds, but you will need to stay on longer to lose more weight.
What benefits will I receive while on the Lifestyle program?
You will feel lighter and have more energy while on the Lifestyle program. Your body will eventually get used to consuming fewer calories to help you keep the weight off.
How restrictive is the Lifestyle diet plan?
The Lifestyle plan is less restrictive than our RM3® weight loss program. It is focused on counting servings rather than calories. You can still enjoy alcohol and other indulgences in limited quantities.
What results can I possibly see during the Lifestyle program?
You can expect to lose up to 10 pounds per month on the Lifestyle program. Results vary based on your lifestyle and health history.
