Ingredients

  

  • 3 cups mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Swerve® Monk Fruit

Instructions

 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a glass dish and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Recipe Yields: 3 servings of fruit and 3 servings of fat.
