- 2 handfuls spinach, or to taste
- 1 medium apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 3-4 inch piece of cucumber, preferably peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp liquid Stevia, if desired
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice, or to taste
- Ice cubes, to taste
- Combine large ingredients first, processing until smooth.
- Then, add liquid ingredients and ice, blending until mixed throughout.
- Divide between 2-3 glasses and enjoy!
