Mint Chocolate Shake
- 1 Thick & Rich Chocolate Protein Shake or RM Chocolate Protein Drink* (mixed with water)
- Peppermint Stevia®, to taste
- Ice cubes, to taste
Combine ingredients in a blender and pulse until fully combined.
Add water if desired to reach a smoother consistency.
For Flex™ Patients: Top with 1 oz. of shaved dark chocolate (70-85% cacao). Recipe Yields: 2 servings of protein.
