Lemon Dill Fish
- 3.5oz white fish
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup vegetable broth or water
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- Sauté fish with lemon juice, vegetable broth, and vinegar.
- Add garlic, onion, and fresh dill to pan and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until fish is completely cooked.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
