Lemon Dill Fish


  • 3.5oz white fish
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth or water
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Sauté fish with lemon juice, vegetable broth, and vinegar.
  2. Add garlic, onion, and fresh dill to pan and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until fish is completely cooked.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedges.
