Indian-Style Cabbage


  • 2 large slices from a head of cabbage
  • 1/8 tsp curry powder (add extra turmeric if desired)
  • 1/8 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • pinch of cumin
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of Stevia (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Brush cabbage slices with lemon juice and water, then sprinkle with spices.
  2. Lay out in a baking dish or foil and bake at 375 F for approximate 25-30 minutes until brown and slightly crispy.
