- 2 large slices from a head of cabbage
- 1/8 tsp curry powder (add extra turmeric if desired)
- 1/8 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- pinch of cumin
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- pinch of garlic powder
- pinch of Stevia (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brush cabbage slices with lemon juice and water, then sprinkle with spices.
- Lay out in a baking dish or foil and bake at 375 F for approximate 25-30 minutes until brown and slightly crispy.
