Hot Peppered Chicory

Ingredients:

  • chicory
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth or water

Directions:

  1. Mince the chicory.
  2. In a small saucepan add chicory to broth and add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes and serve hot.
