Herbed London Broil


  • 3.5oz lean London broil, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup beef broth or water
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • pinch of rosemary
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • chopped Italian parsley


  1. Salt and pepper the beef strips.
  2. In a small frying pan or non-stick skillet combine London broil, herbs and beef broth.
  3. Cook until desired degree and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
