- 3oz boneless skinless chicken tenders, diced (cooked)
- 4 thin slices of ginger
- 3 stalks of celery (chopped)
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth or water
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a sauce pot, bring broth to a boil.
- Add ginger, garlic, and celery, simmering for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken and boil for another 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
