Ginger-Chicken Soup


  • 3oz boneless skinless chicken tenders, diced (cooked)
  • 4 thin slices of ginger
  • 3 stalks of celery (chopped)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth or water
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a sauce pot, bring broth to a boil.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and celery, simmering for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken and boil for another 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
