- 3.5 oz shrimp (approx 10-11 large shrimp)
- 1/8 cup water
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- ¼ onion, chopped
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Preheat a sautée pan over Medium Heat. Add onion and garlic to pan. Cook until translucent (about 5-10 min).
- Add shrimp, spices, and water. Mix and stir fry until cooked (about 5-8 min).
