Curry Shrimp


  • 3.5 oz shrimp (approx 10-11 large shrimp)
  • 1/8 cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


  1. Preheat a sautée pan over Medium Heat. Add onion and garlic to pan. Cook until translucent (about 5-10 min).
  2. Add shrimp, spices, and water. Mix and stir fry until cooked (about 5-8 min).
