Citrus Strawberry Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup zero-calorie lemon-lime soda
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp Stevia®
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Mix ingredients together in a blender. Enjoy chilled.

Don’t you love it when something is so delicious and you can indulge and not feel one bit of guilt? That’s this beverage the citrus strawberry mocktail. Hi, I’m Jan D’Atri, and this is clean eating the Red Mountain way. This refreshing beverage takes just a few minutes to blend up and it starts with the star of the show fresh strawberries, you’ll need one cup. You’ll also need a little water. The juice of a lime. One can have zero calorie lemon lime soda or seltzer. And to sweeten the drink Zero Calorie Stevia in a blender, add a few ice cubes and then about a half a cup of water that’s to dissolve the stevia. You could make it as sweet or as tangy as you like. Next, add the can of lemon lime soda, and then the strawberries. finally finish it off with a teaspoon or two of fresh lime juice. Blend it all up until it’s smooth and creamy and icy cold.
