Cajun Asparagus


  • 5 stems of asparagus or 1 1/2 cups
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2–1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper


  1. Mix all of the seasonings in a small bowl.
  2. Lay the asparagus out on a foil lined baking sheet and brush the stems with lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning mix on top of the stems, cook in a 425-degree oven for approximately 8-10 minutes & enjoy!
