Breakfast Hash Scramble

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1⁄2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1⁄2 cup asparagus, chopped
  • cup onions
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray



  • Spray a skillet with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium.
  • Add the asparagus, cabbage, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until browned and beginning to soften, stirring frequently.
  • Add 6 egg whites into the skillet. Once cooked, top the hash scramble with salt and pepper to taste.


For Flex™ Patients: Serve with 1 slice of bacon. Recipe Yields: 2 servings of protein and 3 servings of vegetables.
