Black Pepper Sautéed Shrimp
- 3.5oz shrimp
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp caper juice
- salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- Mix salt and generous amount of black pepper.
- Coat shrimp with pepper mixture and fry on high heat in a skillet in lemon juice until cooked well.
- Serve hot and garnish with lemon and additional freshly ground black pepper.
