Black Pepper Sautéed Shrimp


  • 3.5oz shrimp
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp caper juice
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Mix salt and generous amount of black pepper.
  2. Coat shrimp with pepper mixture and fry on high heat in a skillet in lemon juice until cooked well.
  3. Serve hot and garnish with lemon and additional freshly ground black pepper.
