- 1 fennel bulb, chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into baking dish and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Note: add in 1 chopped apple prior to baking for an added tart taste!
