Spinach, Tomato, Turkey Egg Muffins, Protein Muffins
Ingredients
- 12-20 egg whites
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Zero-calorie cooking spray
- ¼ cup freshly chopped spinach
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 slices of deli turkey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12-cup muffin tin with zero-calorie cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk egg whites, chopped spinach, tomatoes, and turkey. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add egg white mixture halfway in each of the 12 cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fluffy. Enjoy!
Protein Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 serving Thick and Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 egg white
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Zero-calorie cooking spray
- ¾ cup berries
- 1 tsp of water
- Walden Farms® Maple Syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12-cup muffin tin with zero-calorie cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine egg whites, water, berries, and Vanilla Protein Powder, plus cinnamon to taste.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until fluffy. Pour Walden Farms® Maple Syrup on top. Enjoy!
Fat-Burning Strawberry Colada Protein Shake
Directions
Add 2 oz of protein powder, with a glass of water and ¾ cup of frozen strawberries, and ice (add water as needed). Blend until desired consistency, and enjoy! Top with Walden Farms® Marshmallow Dip if you want, too!
