Air Fryer Cod

  • 2 cod fillets (6 oz. each)
  • ¼ cup Walden Farms® Italian Salad Dressing
  • ½ tsp Walden Farms® Pancake Syrup
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp curry powder
  • ⅛ tsp paprika
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients. Add cod, turning to coat.

  3. Let mixture stand 10-15 minutes.

  4. Place fillets in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Discard remaining marinade.

  5. Cook until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 8-10 minutes.
