Air Fried Chicken Tenders with BBQ Dipping Sauce – RM3® & GLP Elite™

Ingredients

  

  • 16 oz. chicken tenders
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Walden Farms® Original BBQ Sauce
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the spices in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Place them in a large mixing bowl. Spray the chicken tenders with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray and toss to coat. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken tenders.
  • Air fry the chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking until they are golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve with Walden Farms BBQ sauce.
