Air Fryer Cauliflower Fried Rice

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice, fresh or frozen
  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ cup scallions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp liquid amino
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray



  • Place frozen cauliflower rice in an air fryer safe dish or line the bottom layer of the basket with foil. Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes.
  • Add zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray and liquid aminos to the rice. Stir to coat the rice. Add ginger powder, egg whites, red pepper flakes, and ½ the scallions.
  • Air fry for another 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is as crispy as you’d like.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and garnish with the remainder of scallions.
