Ingredients

  

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 egg
  • 1 RM Chocolate Protein Shake* (powder only)

Instructions

 

  • Peel, core, and slice the apple.
  • Add the apple to a high-speed blender with the egg and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased ramekin. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • Cool and enjoy!

Recipe Yields: About 2 servings of protein and 1 serving of fruit.
