Ingredients
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
Instructions

Use a paper towel to dry the scallops. Season them with salt and pepper.

Spray a pan with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.

Add the scallops in a single layer and let them sear until a crust forms on the bottom.

Add the garlic and herbs. Flip the scallops and cook until they’re golden on the other side.
