Pan Seared Scallops – RM3®

Ingredients

  

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

 

  • Use a paper towel to dry the scallops. Season them with salt and pepper.
  • Spray a pan with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Add the scallops in a single layer and let them sear until a crust forms on the bottom.
  • Add the garlic and herbs. Flip the scallops and cook until they’re golden on the other side.
