RM Chocolate Protein Shake* (powder only)
Instructions
Peel, core, and slice the apple.
Add the apple to a high-speed blender with the egg and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased ramekin. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
