Ingredients
- 12 medium baby bella mushrooms
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
Instructions

Place the mushrooms in a baking dish.

Mix the cottage cheese, garlic, and thyme. Spoon into the mushroom caps. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley.

Broil the mushrooms until the cottage cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
