Hot Peppered Chicory
Ingredients:
- chicory
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
Directions:
- Mince the chicory.
- In a small saucepan add chicory to broth and add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes and serve hot.
