- 1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, julienned
- 2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
Instructions

Spray a skillet with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Heat over high heat.

Add zucchini, mushrooms, and basil, and cook to desired tenderness.

Season with salt and pepper.
