  • 1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, julienned
  • 2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray



  • Spray a skillet with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Heat over high heat.
  • Add zucchini, mushrooms, and basil, and cook to desired tenderness.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
