Vegetable Steak Kabobs

  • 32 oz. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium red pepper (1 cup)
  • 1 medium yellow pepper (1 cup)
  • 1 medium green pepper (1 cup)
  • 1 large onion (1 cup)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



  • Cut steak into about 1-inch cubes.
  • Cut peppers and onion into 1- or 2-inch pieces.
  • Skewer meat and veggies, and put on the grill until charred or done.
  • Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
