  • 2 RM Thick & Creamy Vanilla Protein Drinks*
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup water
  • Pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
  • Walden Farms® Caramel Sauce
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 12-cup mini cake tin with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Combine egg whites, water, vanilla protein, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
  4. Spoon mixture in pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fluffy.
  5. Drizzle with Walden Farms® Carmel Sauce and enjoy!
