- 1 RM Vanilla Protein Drink* (without water)
- 1-2 Tbsp almond milk (add slowly until you get desired consistency)
- 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
