Grilled Lobster


  • 8 oz lobster tail (makes 2 portions)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • juice of ½ a lemon
  • salt & pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat grill to high heat. Squeeze lemon juice into two small bowls. Set one aside and in the other whisk in salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. With a knife, split lobster tail lengthwise. Brush flesh side of tail with lemon marinade. Place tails, flesh side down on pre-heated grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with marinade.
  3. Lobster is done when opaque and firm to touch. Sprinkle fresh dill on lobster and serve along with a side of lemon juice (to dip or pour).
