- 8 oz lobster tail (makes 2 portions)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- ½ tsp paprika
- juice of ½ a lemon
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- Preheat grill to high heat. Squeeze lemon juice into two small bowls. Set one aside and in the other whisk in salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder.
- With a knife, split lobster tail lengthwise. Brush flesh side of tail with lemon marinade. Place tails, flesh side down on pre-heated grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with marinade.
- Lobster is done when opaque and firm to touch. Sprinkle fresh dill on lobster and serve along with a side of lemon juice (to dip or pour).
