- 16 oz. Jennie-O Oven Ready™ Boneless Turkey Breast
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 Tbsp grated lemon peel
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Spray a roasting pan with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Place turkey in pan and season with garlic cloves, sage, lemon peel, salt, and pepper.
- Cook turkey for 2 ¼ to 2 ¾ hours or until the thickest part of the breast is 165°F.
