Garlic, Lemon & Sage Turkey Breast

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Jennie-O Oven Readyâ„¢ Boneless Turkey Breast
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp grated lemon peel
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Spray a roasting pan with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Place turkey in pan and season with garlic cloves, sage, lemon peel, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook turkey for 2 ¼ to 2 ¾ hours or until the thickest part of the breast is 165°F.
