- 3.5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
- dehydrated onion flakes to taste
- 4 garlic cloves, whole and unpeeled
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- Place chicken in a small oven-safe pan, and cover with lemon juice, onion flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place whole garlic cloves on and around chicken, covering pan tightly with aluminum foil or lid when done.
- Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is cooked through, or for about 30-45 minutes.
