Air Fryer Garlic & Herb Turkey Breast – RM3®

Ingredients

  

  • 2 lb. turkey breast (16 oz.)
  • 1 tsp freshly thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp freshly rosemary, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

 

  • Pat the turkey breast dry and season on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix the garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Set aside.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Place the turkey breasts in the basket in a single layer. Sprinkle with herbs.
  • Cook at 375°F for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
