French Onion Soup 


  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Splenda®
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Cook garlic and onions in a pan for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Stir in Splenda® and continue to cook until onions are caramelized.
  3. Add beef broth, bring mixture to a boil, and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste, reduce heat, and enjoy! 

Makes 2 servings.
