Ingredients

  

  • ¼ lb. ground turkey (cooked)
  • 1 ½ cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ package taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup chopped pickled jalapeños
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 ½ Tbsp water

Instructions

 

  • Blend together cottage cheese, taco seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and water.
  • Pour mixture into a bowl and add ground turkey, jalapeños, cilantro, and cherry tomatoes.

Notes

Recipe Yields: 2 servings of protein and ½ a serving of fat.
