Cinnamon-Orange Candied Apples


  1. 1 large apple
  2.  ½ tsp cinnamon
  3. juice of ½ an orange
  4. Stevia (to taste)
  5. grated zest of orange
  6. 2 tbsp water


  1. Peel, core, and slice apple.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine water, cinnamon, orange zest, juice of orange, and Stevia over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced apples to syrup. Simmer until just tender.
  4. Serve warm or chilled.
