Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry


  • 3.5 oz Chicken, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup Asparagus, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/8 cup Water


  1. Preheat a sauté pan over Med Heat. Add chicken, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Cook 7-10 minutes.
  2. While chicken cooks, snap ends off asparagus and cut into 2 inch pieces.
  3. Remove chicken from pan, add asparagus, and water. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Re-add chicken to pan and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
