Bluberry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Powder from 1 bottle of RM Thick & Creamy Vanilla Protein Drink* or 2 scoops of RM Thick & Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder*
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 egg white
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp water
  • Walden Farms Syrup of choice (we love Pancake, Blueberry or Chocolate!)Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (for the batter).
  2. Heat a pan on a stove-top on medium heat.
  3. Spray with non-stick cooking spray, then pour batter onto pan.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip. Repeat for other side until done.
  5. Place onto a plate, drizzle with syrup and enjoy!
