Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Walden Farms® Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • Fruit, of your choice

Instructions

 

  • Blend everything together until smooth.
  • Divide between two ramekins and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F or until cooked through.
  • Top with your favorite sliced fruit.

Recipe Yields: About 6 servings of protein.
