"Big Mac" Burger Salad
- 3.5 oz lean ground beef or turkey
- 1-2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 4-6 pickle slices
- 3 Tbsp chopped tomato
- Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing (to taste)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Cook lean protein in a pan on stove top with a little zero-calorie cooking spray. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, prepare other ingredients by washing and chopping. If desired, cook onions and add to pan with ground protein.
- When done, mix ingredients together in a bowl and top with Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing. Enjoy!
