Navigating COVID-19 RMWL

ANNOUNCEMENT:
Opening Select Locations Monday, June 1st!

As restrictions on social distancing continue to evolve, we are excited to announce our phased reopening. We will resume in-person appointments, walk-in shots, and retail services starting on Monday, June 1st in the following locations*:

*all other locations will remain closed at this time.

Video appointments and online retail will continue indefinitely for anyone who prefers to see us from the privacy, safety, and convenience of home. So, if you want to keep the video appointment you already have scheduled, you don’t need to change a thing – just log in at your scheduled time, and we’ll see you on Doxy.

For those who prefer to come see us in-person, we can’t wait to get you scheduled at one of the locations listed above! Please call us at 800-239-7830 to request your appointment today.

As we slowly reopen these locations, we will have limited appointment availability and we will be implementing some new processes for the health and safety of our employees and patients:

RM Employee Precautions:

  • Face coverings for employees.
  • Employee health screenings including daily temperature checks.
  • Increased cleaning schedule throughout the day as well increased after-hours sanitization protocols.
  • Avoid handshake greetings.

Patient Precautions:

  • We ask that you do not enter our buildings if you are experiencing a fever or any other symptoms of COVID-19, if you have traveled outside of the state within 14 days, or if you have been in close contact with anyone suspected or known to have COVID-19.
  • Mandatory temperature screening for all patients prior to check-in.
  • We will gladly reschedule you for a video appointment or another date and we will waive any cancellation fees.
  • We encourage you to wear a face covering during your appointment. Should you not have one, we will have them available.
  • Hand sanitizer available throughout the locations.
  • We will be removing magazines and other materials that are frequently touched in our waiting areas and ask that you practice social distancing whenever possible.

For those of you who wish to visit one of our other locations that will not be reopening yet, we appreciate your patience as we navigate these unchartered times!
