Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber, sliced thinly
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Slice your cucumber into paper-thin slices, then soak in lemon juice for 20-30 minutes.
  2. After they have soaked, drain the lemon juice from the slices
  3. Season with dill, salt & pepper. Chill in the refrigerator & enjoy!
