Cottage Cheese & Probiotic Berry Smoothie – GLP Elite™

Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of plant-based milk)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Stevia®

Instructions

 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender: cottage cheese, almond milk, berries, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sweetener, if desired.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Recipe Yields: 4 servings of protein, ½ serving of fruit, and 1 serving of fat.
