- 1 ½ cup cauliflower
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fill a deep pot halfway with salted water and bring to a boil. Wash the cauliflower, cut into florets, and add to boiling water.
- Cook the cauliflower until soft or about 15 – 20 minutes. Drain all liquid.
- Add cooked cauliflower and milk to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to puree the cauliflower. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
