Shrimp-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 100g shrimp, cooked
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cucumber

Directions:

  1. Mix garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Toss the shrimp into the spice mixture, cover, and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, chop cucumber in 1/2 inch pieces.
  4. When ready, add the cucumbers into the shrimp mixture, top with lemon juice, and serve.
