Savory Baked Chicken


  • 3.5oz chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • pinch of fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Dip chicken breast in dried spices, lemon juice and Bragg’s liquid aminos and coat with herb mixture.
  2. Bake chicken in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
