Roasted Garlic Chicken


  • 3.5oz chicken, sliced
  • ¼ cup chicken broth or water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Marinate chicken in liquid ingredients.
  2. Place chicken in a small baking dish and add marinade to the bottom.
  3. Cover the chicken breast with slices of garlic and bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and lightly brown.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley.
