Pumpkin Protein Cheesecake – GLP Elite™

Ingredients

  

  • ¾ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Sugar-free whipped cream, to taste

Instructions

 

  • Blend all of the ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into three ramekins and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  • Chill and top with sugar-free whipped cream and cinnamon.

Notes

Recipe Yields: 4 servings of protein and 1/4 servings of complex carbs.
