Ginger Sauce


  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • fresh squeezed juice from 1/2 orange
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp liquid aminos
  • fresh or ground ginger to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Stevia® to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients together and use to marinate meats (for at least 30 minutes), use right away over a salad, or even simply as a dip. Top with fresh garlic cloves (if desired).
